Condition of bath tub faucets: -- Appear in serviceable condition -- Rusted, broken -- Need replacement.
Hot and cold water: -- In proper order -- Reversed --> Correct it.
Drain stopper: -- Functional -- Not functional -- Missing --> New item needed.
Condition of shower: -- Appears in serviceable condition -- Existence of fungus, rot --> Treatment needed -- Needs re-caulking.
Shower head: -- In serviceable condition -- Rusted, broken, missing --> Replace -- Hot and cold water reversed --> Correct it.
Tub-shower diverter: -- Appears in serviceable condition -- Not fully functional, leaks water --> Install new one.
Diverter on the right picture was not working properly during our inspection, allowing only about half of the water flow to the shower and letting the other half wasted.
Shower door: -- In serviceable condition -- Rusted/damaged -- Difficult to operate --> Needs replacement
Water stains on the ceiling right under the batch tub and shower: -- Not visible -- Visible --> Serious water leakage problem, requires service by a licensed plumber.
