Free standing oven/microwave: -- In serviceable condition -- Not tested -- Not operational -- Unsafe, worn and near end of useful lifespan --> Replacement recommended (repair may cost more than the cost of microwave, technology changing)
Burner operation: -- All burners function properly -- Upper, lower, left, right burner not functional --> Check if pilot light is on, lines not clogged -- Heavy corrosion, rusted, wear --> Repair or replace
Oven door: -- In serviceable condition -- Damaged, closes improperly --> If it cannot be fixed, consider replacement
Gas shut-off valve: -- Functions properly -- Not installed, visible --> Serious safety issue! Needed for emergency.
Fan/hood: -- In serviceable condition -- Not operational --> Consider installing one -- Not able to test, power/gas disconnected -- Rust and corrosion observed --> Replace (inexpensive) -- Does not exist --> Serious safety issue -- Filter is dirty --> Replace or clean/wash filter
