This outside stairs have no guardrails and uneven rises. See deterioration under the steps.

Is wood waterproofed and pressure-treated? If not, inspect for wood damage from moisture and termite.
Are they well-secured and strong? Inspect by pushing and holding up.
There is not enough landing area in front of the door here. Landing area should be minimum 36” long and width. Also notice that there are no guardrails.
Inspection of safety problems at exterior stairs
Is railing tight? If not add support or replace.
This concrete block under the welcome mat is detached and has safety hazard.
