Type: -- Asphalt -- Concrete -- Gravel

-- Minimum width is nine feet. Creates problem, if less.
-- Common, minor cracks --> Seal on regular basis.
-- Major cracks (more than 1/2”) --> Tripping hazard (safety issue).

Any patches on driveway? -- No -- Yes --> Patched concrete driveways do not last long.
-- Asphalt erosion --> Resurfacing needed.
Inspection of sidewalk

 

Material used: -- Concrete -- Brick -- Tile □ Gravel

Condition: Uneven surface? --> Tripping hazard (safety issue) --> Resurfacing needed.
-- Drainage is fine, water flows away from property -- Drainage problem.

Any patches on sidewalk? -- No -- Yes --> Patched concrete sidewalks do not last long.
